😕 My payment is stuck on "Pending"

This usually means the payment didn't complete successfully. Here's what to do:

• Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the ticket page
• Check your email for payment confirmation from Stripe
• Check your bank/card statement to see if you were charged
• If you were charged but ticket is still pending, contact support immediately
• If you weren't charged, book a new ticket

💳 My payment failed - what now?

If your payment was declined:

• Try a different payment card
• Ensure your card has sufficient funds
• Check if your card allows online international transactions
• Contact your bank if the card should work
• Book a new ticket to try again

🎫 I don't see my QR code

QR codes only appear after payment is completed. If you paid successfully:

• Check your email for the ticket confirmation
• Wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the page
• Save the ticket URL from your email
• If still not showing after 10 minutes, contact support

📧 I lost my ticket email

Contact support at support@kidora.com with:

• Your name and email used for booking
• Child's name
• Approximate booking date
• Last 4 digits of card used

We'll resend your ticket within 24 hours.
